We strive to give 100% to every client that comes into Ava Bella Day Spa. We do have a strict policy that we stick by to help our day spa run smoothly for all of our clients. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment so we can have you fill out paperwork and have you change into a robe and slippers. This will help you to relax before your treatment(s). We require a 24 hour notice for single treatments and 48 hour notice for packages if you need to cancel. If you do not call or show ,your gift certificate will be voided for the ENTIRE amount.
