Our Policy:
At Ava Bella Day Spa we are here to take care of you. To help us do that, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This way we can have you fill out the required paper work and change into something more comfortable if needed. We understand that life goes on while trying to relax. If you need to use your cell phone please keep it to a minimum and be courteous of other clients around you.
Your appointment time is held just for you. For this reason, we require a credit card number or gift card for all appointments. If you cannot make your appointment time, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you don't show up for your appointment and we have not heard from you - your credit card will be charged 100% of the service(s) or your gift card will be voided. We will give you a courtesy call the day before to remind you of your appointment. Please be aware that children are not allowed in the spa unless they are scheduled for a service, so as to allow us to ensure a relaxing environment for our clients.We're aware that times are tough these days - we really appreciate your support. And we pride ourselves in helping you to forget about the outside world while you're visiting our spa.
