Healing Stone

Hot: Heated basalt stones are used in the massage to help relax and increase blood flow to the muscles. Hot stone massages can be a good alternative to a deep tissue massage as the heat from the stones help penetrate deep into the muscles, helping them to relax without the use of deeper pressure that can sometimes be uncomfortable for certain people.

Cold: Chilled stones are used in the massage to help with alleviating discomfort oftentimes associated with inflammation, help with muscle spasms, and can even help improve blood circulation.
